Security and Data Protection at Vendibly

Vendibly never sees your email password. We only request secure, read-only access, which you can revoke at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings. This access allows Vendibly to detect subscription emails, invoices, and renewal notices. We do not read personal messages and we do not store full email bodies. We only extract the structured details needed to identify vendors, billing amounts, renewal dates, and contract terms.

All data is encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest using modern, bank-grade standards. Uploaded files such as contracts or agreements are immediately encrypted and can only be viewed by you or authorized team members you invite.

Vendibly does not send emails, edit emails, or act on your inbox in any way. We do not delete, modify, or interfere with your account. You stay fully in control at all times.

If you disconnect Vendibly, syncing stops immediately. You may also request permanent deletion of your account data through our support team.

As Vendibly evolves, the privacy and security principles do not change. Whether your inbox is connected through Unipile, another secure provider, or Vendibly’s own internal system, we always follow the same rules: minimal access, limited scope, strict permissions, strong encryption, and complete transparency.

Vendibly never sells data, never shares data, and never uses your information for advertising. Our only goal is to help you avoid missed renewals, surprise charges, and scattered invoices—without ever compromising your privacy.
